Ticket Information
In the next few minutes you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal outlining your ticket purchase. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folders. This email confirmation will serve as your electronic ticket. No physical tickets will be issued. We will maintain a guest list at the door of the event. When you arrive, please provide the name of the person who purchased your tickets. You are welcome to print your e-mail ticket confirmation from Paypal, however it is not required for entry.

The Milton Rotary Denim & Diamonds Spring Gala will be held:

The doors are expected to open at 6 pm.
Cancellation or Postponement Policy
Milton Rotary Club reserves the right to cancel, or postpone, the event due to, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances or events, acts of God, or other emergency situations which are reasonably beyond the control of, but not limited to, Milton Rotary, Country Heritage Park, or Rotary's third-party suppliers and vendors. Milton Rotary will give as much notice as possible -- via email, on its social media channels and its club website -- should a cancellation or postponement be required.
Refund Policy

All Gala tickets purchased via cash or cheque can be refunded in full, without penalty, by written request by the buyer, prior to April 1, 2026.
From April 1, 2026 to April 16, 2026, refunds for tickets purchased by cash or cheque will be subject to a $25 per ticket administrative fee.
All Gala tickets purchased by PayPal can also be refunded, upon written e-mail request by the buyer, prior to April 1, 2026, to Milton Rotary. Due to the fact PayPal charges transaction processing fees, as well as a per transaction fee, Milton Rotary will deduct these PayPal fees of approximately 3% of the ticket purchase price from the issued refund.
From April 1, 2026 to April 16, 2026, any PayPal-bought ticket refunds will be subject to an additional $25 per ticket administrative fee, over and above PayPal's transaction processing and per transaction fees outlined above.
No refunds of any kind will be issued after April 16, 2026.
