Candidate Selection Criteria
• Must be a resident of Milton
• Must be a graduating student
• Must have exceeded 40 hours of volunteerism required by school system
• The candidate must have demonstrated leadership in their school and/or community

Application Process
• Write an essay relating to your experience of "Volunteering in Your Community and the Value You Provide + Environmental Involvement + Peace for a Better World". Word count: minimum 750 words, max 1000 words
• Provide a resume listing the organizations in which you have participated
• Provide two written references (Volunteering Organizations and Educational)
• Provide current Transcript
Selection Process
• The selection committee will consist of members of the Rotary Club of Milton
• The committee will review all applications and interview the finalists
• The scholarship winners will be notified by the third week of May 2024
• Scholarship recipient and /or representative from the school shall be present and attend the Milton Rotary Awards night in late May / early June
